Detail exit costs and liabilities for retail store reduction and disposal programmes

Develop disposal strategies and awareness of brand/colleague/ customer impact following retail store closures

Maximisation of financial and corporate property values whilst minimising capital exit costs

Work with landlords and investors to support retail store and property estate changes including 'downsizing' and dilapidation schedules
Project Management

Initiate, plan, execute, control and complete project-based work for acquisition and disposal programmes including retail store closures

Work with your in-house or external delivery property team to achieve excellence in project completion

Manage and control project costs to deliver certainty around resource, budget, cash flow and earned value

Manage the project completion to support minimal snagging and remedial work up to an end of year defects period
