EXPERIENCE

Our experience has been gained by a range of appointments from the negotiation with retail operators for the planning and delivery of new build stores, through to the appraisal and management of distribution/logistics facilities and mixed use investments in support of the leisure, office and residential sectors. This has also extended to the liaison with institutional landlords in support of occupier downsizing, relocation and exit strategies.

Director and Chartered Surveyor

Since 1988, Paul’s experience has covered a variety of retail, operational and real estate disciplines with senior roles at B&Qplc, BAA, Sainsbury’s Supermarkets and Netto UK before setting up PHM in 2017.

He has in-depth knowledge of working with both established and new start-up retailers, institutional landlords, developers, investment organisations and Local Authorities. In addition to working in the UK, he has international experience gained from working in the People’s Republic of China and Chinese Taiwan.
