- Development Management role in the negotiation to introduce the Starbucks brand to Northside Retail Park in Leeds.
- Included liaison with the Starbucks design team to ensure the current fit-out specification adhered to within the building footprint.

- Included the recycling and re-use of demolition material together with on site power generation where possible to ensure the most environmental building process possible whilst also reducing HGV movements and road usage over a 12 month construction process.
