Leisure World Southampton (2020/21)

​

PHM acting on behalf of Sovereign Centros/UBS development managed the Leisure World outline planning application for a £250m mixed use scheme in Southampton. Permission was granted by Southampton City Council in 2021 for the introduction of 650 apartments, 100,000sqft of leisure and retail, hotels and offices.
